The time has come for another hectic holiday season, and Valley Appraisal is here to help in any way we can. 

We now have two staff appraisers, Angela George has been covering primarily Kanawha and Putnam counties and Brenda Clark is concentrating on Cabell and Wayne counties.  This has helped us spend less time on the road and more time in the office working up files and decreasing turn around times.  Of course we still go wherever we are needed as the orders come in. 

Jason Schwendeman has left us to move on to the Parkersburg area and start up his own office there.  He is now in Wood County so if you have need for an appraiser there we can put you in touch with him.
